I lead an organization founded in 2013 with the business model proposal “Better Lighting with Less Energy” for access to CERFITT (Research and Training Center on Technological Innovation and Technology Transfer) at Pont-Tech in Pontedera (Pisa, Italy). Since then, it has grown into a successful business venture. As a co-founder, I have been actively involved in the technical aspects of R&D (lighting technology, SSL, and health and safety) and management, serving as both Sales Director and General Manager.
