We have had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects that showcase our expertise and success across various sectors. Here are some of our most notable works.

RiTeIn – Risorse Territoriali Interconnesse
RiTeIn is more than just an association focused on engaging and involving citizens who wish to contribute to the enhancement of their communities. It is an operational model that utilizes advanced techniques for stakeholder engagement. By leveraging tools from international programs dedicated to sustainable development and tapping into international, community, and national financial resources, RiTeIn aims to boost the competitiveness of regions and address their economic and social challenges. The Operating Model, involving several stakeholders, is inspired by Community and international policies focused on Internal and Fragile Areas, particularly the Next Generation EU (and consequently the EU RRP). It emphasizes opportunities in the Mediterranean region with a “Mediterranean Europe” approach that is interconnected, stable, and peaceful. A unified vision, based on the principles of the UN 2030 Agenda and related programs, strategically guides each activity, addressing numerous challenges and paving the way for a “different future.” This approach supports the achievement of the 2030 Agenda’s targets, including SDG5 – Gender equality & SDG8 – Decent work and economic growth.

LEDS4P – Lighting Energy Development Strategy
LEDS4P (Lighting Energy Development Strategy for Public) is a Green Business Model focused on energy efficiency and the technical and regulatory adaptation of the IPI. Developed and defined by Hi-Led, with the support of professionals skilled in process modeling, it aims to optimize the use of PPP tools and, in alignment with the Next Generation EU (and consequently the PNRR), maximize the expected outcomes in terms of Sustainable Development and Circular Economy. In recent years, the systemic approach to business models has experienced significant acceleration and an increasingly pronounced use of “interconnected models.” LEDS4P is the first in a series of strategic interventions (energy saving, telecommunications, digitization, environmental protection and utilization, alternative energy production, citizen services, etc.) aimed at promoting the local community in which it operates through the RiTeIn project. The ongoing initiative gathers – also beyond national borders – experiences gained in the development and promotion of technologies and operating models for energy consumption containment and reduction of climate-related emissions. Actions to contribute to the achievement of the targets of the 2030 Agenda (SDG12 – Responsible consumption and production & SDG13 – Climate action)

Altaeayush
Inspired by the idea of Working together for a prosperous and peaceful community, we have actively created a spontaneous network for exchanging best practices across social, cultural, and economic fields with shared interests. From our experiences within the UN, ITC, and ILO frameworks, we have recognized the necessity of building resilient community systems and mechanisms for social cohesion, peaceful coexistence, and equitable, sustainable access to essential social services and natural resources in the Mediterranean regions. Our discussions prioritize local communities and their fundamental needs.

Better Lighting with Less Energy
Founded as a strategic consulting and support structure in the choice of the best technologies to be used for energy efficiency Hi-Led has evolved – also thanks to the experience gained as a technical partner of the Laviosa Mineraria Group and in the adaptation of medium-sized industries in specific sectors – in the design, production and promotion of lighting fixtures with SSL technology (Solid State Lighting). With an innovative approach, in the Corporate sector, offers a “turnkey” service for the adaptation of indoor and outdoor lighting systems also through Operational Rental, modern financial engineering tools and, of course, by ESCo with access to the TEE mechanism. Over the years has developed several operating models including RiTeIn (Interlinked Territorial Resources), RLC (Renewable Landscape Company) and LEDS4P (Lighting Energy Development Strategy for Public) In addition to evaluating the integration of systems for sustainable energy generation (electricity, heat, storage systems, etc.). Thanks to international partnerships, in the spirit of the UN 2030 Agenda (SDG7 – Affordable and clean energy & SDG12 – Responsible consumption and production), it is active in promoting territorial development systems focused on the use of innovative technologies in the perspective of the Circular Economy.
